Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Cora Lu Designs. Each item is made to order specifically for you through our print-on-demand production partners. Because of the custom nature of our products, we ask that you review our policy carefully before placing your order.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selection
Change of mind
Buyer’s remorse
Preference regarding color, design, or fit
Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Please review sizing charts and product details carefully before purchasing.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives:

Damaged
Defective
Misprinted
Or you received the wrong item

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at CoraLu@gmail.com with:

Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos showing the problem

Once reviewed, we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you if the issue is confirmed.

Lost Packages

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us at CoraLu@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue.

Please note:

Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout may delay delivery or result in package loss.
Orders returned due to an incorrect address supplied by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for any approved non-defective returns or exchanges.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless the return is due to an error, defect, or damaged product.

Cancellations & Order Changes

Because orders enter production quickly, cancellations or changes must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. After production begins, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your financial institution to process the refund after approval.
